2.1 miles of continuous jogging. I know that for any serious jogger, this is a tiny, tiny amount but for me, well, I am really chuffed, especially considering I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I first started!
The other thing I realised about running in the field is that I really, really enjoy getting muddy while I'm running.
So this is my actual perfect moment, the feeling of running through the slush and muck, on a day that you reeeeaaaallly don't want to and actually, despite all the obstacles and crap, achieving your goal.
