Although I am pretty keen to be getting on with this, needless to say, my mind is always coming up with excuses. I really need to do that piece of work, I neeeed to get on with the washing, I really haven't got time to run etc. etc.
Anyway, I got down to the field and I was greeted with this magnificent sunrise that totally blew me away. The frost was amazing too, and the trees and bushes looked so pretty covered in a dusting of ice.
I loved the beautiful scenery I was immersed in, and the soft crackle of the grass under my feet, totally awesome.
Needless to say the run was easy and this morning I am a little disappointed that I have to take my day off to rest.
